In the event of a technical issue with your monitor all our monitors are covered by a 3 year swap out warranty which includes the backlight in the case of LCD screens.

The different brands of monitor we sell have their own warranty services please refer to the correct one for your monitor, you will need to provide the following information to them:

All our TFT monitors are in compliance with ISO-13406-2 industry standard for screen performance and
maximum allowable dead pixels. No warranty is extended for anything less than 8 dead pixels on the screen.

As you will appreciate most monitor manufacturer have the same warranty exclusion on this matter.
