Warranty Information


Warranty on all products varies by product group and manufacturer, the warranty for any product will be given during the sale of the product and more information can be found on the Invoice relating to that product or via the Online Returns System.

Products may be warrantied directly with KMS for part of their Warranty Period, the list below clarifies how the warranty is handled by product:
  • PC Components are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise, but for the first 12 months all warranty issues will be handled by KMS. After this period, the product should be returned directly to the Manufacturer.


  • Software is warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise.


  • Monitors outside of their DOA period are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise.


  • Notebook and Netbook Devices outside of their DOA period are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise.


  • Tablet Devices outside of their DOA period are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise.


  • Branded PC's outside of their DOA period are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise.


  • Other Products not mentioned in the list above are warrantied directly by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise, but for the first 12 months all warranty issues will be handled by KMS. After this period, the product should be returned directly to the Manufacturer.




  • All Warranties are completely covered by the Manufacturer and are not transferrable to KMS.
